I mean is god going to say something like we now have to pay a luxury tax?

of course not... have you heard the quote Jesus loves me for free? we only pay taxes so the government can survive.

I don't think so. When God originally created humanity we didn't have to work. Having to work to eat came when we broke the trust in our relationship with God by rebelling against His word (Genesis 3). No work, no taxes. All the other bad things that came along with sin (like death and sickness) will be done away with at the return of the Christ. There's no mention of it in the Bible but I seriously doubt that taxes will survive...LOL.
