I think that is because some food spoils easily. The first time it's frozen it is essentially new, clean, and germ free (relatively).

The second you thaw it out you allow it to get bacteria on it. Freezing it will simply freeze the bacteria which when thawed again will take hold more easily.

once you freeze nutrition in a house freezer it causes large ice crystals to kind. those crystals tear on the cells of the nutrition and launch the liquid interior of, causing the nutrition to develop into delicate. in case you try this distinctive circumstances, it completly runis although you've been attempting to save in the first position. Now if that wasnt undesirable adequate, you even ought to take care of micro organism and spores. both one among wich can make you ill or kill you. Freezing nutrition can end both one among those from growing to be, yet once you defrost the nutrition, they boost lower back, and the majority defrost nutrition in an really undesirable way. (Leaving it on the counter to defrost!!!) how you may defrost is in the refrigerator in a single day, or longer. The fastest way is to position the article in a bowl of water, with water operating very slowly into it, (to interchange the water, and save it shifting, both in temp and to save it sparkling) even as the nutrition is now not frozen, that is once lower back loose recreation for the failings that could make you ill. So all in all, freeze issues in small batches, make it as flat with as a lot floor section as available so it defrosts speedier. and do not attempt to refreeze some thing.. its merely not secure or tasty.

Bacteria enters the food when it is thawed. Freezing only slows the growth of bacteria instead of stopping it. When you open the frozen food, the bacteria may cause food poisoning.

You can refreeze if you've thawed it in the refrigerator where it has stayed cold. If you have thawed it on the counter out of the cold, you shouldn't refreeze because bacteria has had a chance at it.
