No at least not in big cities, like NY. Try a job search in the city of your choice and see what comes up. I haven't had a problem find jobs.

I have worked with a couple and none of them have had difficulty. In fact, a home health agency I work for only had one on staff and she only worked rarely because she had a fulltime job - so they desperately needed another one!
