During the week following Hurricane Katrina, I used alcohol and pieces of fabric. Worked like a charm, and no nasty Katrina infections in the nether regions. Wish I could say the same for my sinuses.

rocks. round smooth ones work the best. they work a lot better than leaves. leaves have the tenancy to break, mid wipe.
you learn to wipe with all sorts of things in the army
you should see the amount of toilet paper they give you in your mre's. its like the equivelant of 4 pieces. you would have to save it for a week to have enough!
