i will be 18 in 2 months, will it be illegal for me to continue having ex with her, or will i be prosecuted as a pedofile ?

i agree. there was a guy in my school who this happened to. Her dad found out, they had been hooking up for almost 2 years (since she was 14), but dad found them doing it and had him arrested. He is a convicted sex offender now. He didn't do time but it was close. He's screwed for life.

You'll get prosecuted for statutory rape, which means that you may not have actually done anything sexual, but the parents can still charge you with it. This also means that if any article gets removes, even if she takes off her purse and you're 18, they can charge you with it. Either you get married, have a really good hiding spot, or just do without the sex for the next two or however so many years.

Do an internet search - search for "age of consent" You will find a list by state.
When you turn 18, wait until she is 16 if you want to make sure. The age of consent in most states is at least 16. So yes you sickos out there, if you are 30 years old and you want a 16 year old, you can most likely get away with it.

I believe it's illegal for you to have sex with her now. And you know at 18 it will definitely without a doubt illegal for you then. Yes you can be prosecuted for statutory rape. No you be know as a rapist. So find a girl your age.

You guys are two little kids who don't have a clue about sex grow up become an adult then get the full benefits of having sex. This is disgusting to me, fifteen year old kids don't know sh*t about sex. Take it from me I was fifteen eleven years ago. sex is for men and women not boys and girls. yeah, you will, and you better hope that she doesn't become pregnant because then, I'm possitive that the parents will put you on trial, and then your own flesh and blood (even if she goes for abortion or adoption) will be without his true father.
