call your local cps and ask, a lot of people tod me that spanking with anything but the hand was illegal but the childrens doctor recommended using the metal end of the flyswatter (looks like a coat hanger) and wrote me a letter in case I had any issues with cps it said that as long as the spanking was given on the butt it would cause no lasting damage to my child and could not be considered abuse

That all depends on what you are "spankin"! Illeagal or not I suggest that you (face) this fact: You need to be slappin on a rubber, and spanking your (WA) and forget about breeding anythin !!!

Well, I'm not sure about your state..But spanking/hitting anything but a hand is child abuse.
