They worked for me. I used them to quit a pack-a-day 12 year habit. They don't stop your craving for the action of smoking but they do crave the nicotine craving. I had to find other ways to take my mind off of smoking during that time. You definately can't expect to put one on and automatically stop wanting to smoke.

well it depends on how determined u r if u r then yes they do work. they worked for me for a little wile but i gave in to the small craving but if u stay strong it will work!!!!!!!!!
if it dosnt try to talk to ur doctor about it ur doctor can also get u the patches a the level u need good luck!!!

Quitting works best, but I suppose they help with the process. I just quit a month ago. Tried the patches -- they fell off. Tried the lozangers -- they gave me hiccups. Finally, I gave up and gave it up.
