genetics--studies from the late 20th century revealed that there are actually genes that make some people seriously dislike vegetables, especially the more bitter ones. If you're really concerned about it, I have two solutions:
a) Bolthouse Farms makes a really good "green" smoothie, with has the nutrition of veggies but none in it. It's really yummy, too!
b) Trying overcooking a vegetable and then blending it into a sauce or drink to get the nutrition you're worried about.
Other than that, a good multivitamin and a trip to a general physician or dietitian to discuss ways to balance your diet without veggies is in order.

To me, vegetables started tasting better after I got in the habit of eating them and got OUT of the habit of eating JUNK FOOD. Ditch the junk food and after a little while, you will crave the taste and crunch of veggies. And it's OK to have some you don't like (I can't stand cauliflower) but keep trying different ones to find ones you do like. If you need a little help getting them down, a little sprinkle of low fat cheese can help with the taste, but eventually you can fade from that and you'll be eating healthy in no time.

Generally cooking vegetables takes away their flavor.
Make a salad, and use organic olive oil and spices.
This is very healthy.
Also, make sure you are getting your omega 3's. Take flax oil, but drink juice afterwards to simmer the taste.

practice dinner a mode of vegetables & mash them into your potatoes. by skill of the years change the potato with extra vegetables. that is how I were given my stepson to eat extra vegetables. Now he will eat broccoli on that is own. As for fruit, attempt the stewed version first, like toddler nutrition, then artwork your way up from that to grated fruit, then total fruit. you in simple terms favor to re-practice your flavor buds. good success babe! xx

because your mouth and your system is spoiled on refined sugar etc and you can't taste the vegetables. it's like if you were on heroin you might not notice the impact of caffeine. If you totally cut out all refined sugar, refined flour, hydrogenated oils, processed foods, you will rediscover the joy of real, whole foods.
You are addicted to processed foods. Yes, it is an addiction and yes you can recover but you have to stop eating them. Try eating only fruit (directly from trees like oranges, plums, watermelons, apples) for awhile. then move to veggies and whole grains like brown rice.

As your parents what they fed you for baby food. Our prefrences for taste normally start from what we ate as baby food. If our parents fed us peas be end up liking peas. If they fed us pudding, we like sweet foods.
Try nibbling. Then gradually eat larger and larger amounts.
