Poor blood circulation and anemia (low iron in blood) can make your body feel cold even when it's warm. Check with your doctor to rule out anemia. If you do have anemia, vitamins or iron supplements will solve the problem for you. I used to have anemia as a young child - once I started taking iron supplements, I began to feel better. Anemia can also make you dizzy - another symptom. So check with a doctor to make sure.

Goodluck!

Anemia is the most likely reason. see a doctor. He'll probably order blood tests, take a thorough history, (of you), and give you a careful check-uo. Anemia is a very complex story. For example, merely taking iron supplements may not be enough as we need folic acid to help absorb it. etc.
There are numerous medical conditions that can make you feel coldall the time. (e.g. leukemia, which is unlikely you have it).
Go get checked.

I have the same thing and am told by many that I may have bad circulation. Doctors can't tell me why this happens but I find that exercise and stretching everyday helps. Trying not to sit for really long periods of time helps too.
Sorry I can't really answer your question but these suggestions can help prevent it.
I'm not anemic either.

Sometimes poor circulation is the problem. I get cold a lot too. I have poor circulation but I drink cold water all day which adds to it.

Poor circulation. If the blood isn't getting to your extremeties fast enough ( hands feet, nose etc) then they are going to seem cold no matter what. It is most common in people who smoke or have low blood pressure.

There could be a few things going on here, you may be underweight, have a thyroid problem or you may be suffering from Anemia. Anemia means that you don't have enough red blood cells. I had Anemia when I was young and it's easily resolved.

See your doctor right away so that you can get treatment for whatever it is that is wrong, it could be something entirely different from what I have mentioned here, so please don't delay.

You need to go to your dr. & explain the symptoms and ask if you need to have your thyroid checked (do you gain weight rapidly, like over a weekend, hair falling out, etc) low thyroid function, low folic acid or low iron can all account for what you describe and all can be detected with a blood test that takes about 90 seconds.
If it's low thyroid and you don't take care of it you can do damage to soft tissue organs like heart and liver. Go to the dr. don't put it off. Good luck.

You should see a doctor. You could have a slow thyroid gland, or you could have poor circulation. If you have weight trouble, you should have the thyroid checked. Either way(and I am sure those aren't the only causes) you should see a doctor, just to be safe.

you could be anemic. you should have your iron checked. or you could just be someone who is more sensitive to cold. i always have a jacket on cuz it doesn't take much for me to feel a chill. maybe try wearing closed toed shoes if your feet are all that get cold.
