The thing to remember is that pornography is not a "how-to" manual. Too many guys, especially young guys, learn all they know from pay-per-view. Unfortunately, the kind of sex that gets filmed is the kind of sex that looks best on camera, not the most enjoyable, fun or passionate. Ever notice how far apart the actors are, how you can see them looking for the camera and moving so that they're more in the picture? That's so that you can see everything. But who wants to be miles apart during sex? In real life it's all about closeness, body touching body.
But that doesn't mean that porn is "bad", just that it shouldn't be treated as a teaching aid. Porn certainly has it's place in the world. But at the same time, pornography that involves under-age, intoxicated, or non-consenting actors is obviously illegal and "bad". Also, pornography that tries to depict actors in any of the above such ways is clearly ethically questionable.
Hope this helps.

Some of the newer stuff I've seen is pretty bad. The industry has decided to sacrifice talent for looks. I think this is bad for two reasons:
1. I see hotties all the time, so I want to see talent in porn
2. Young women trying to learn the tricks of the trade may watch a porn as a how-to video, so they might learn the wrong way
It is really discouraging to see a woman in a porn movie that doesn't give proper head and I hate to think that this influences the younger generations.

People of strong religous faith will tell you it's sinfull to watch.
A psycologyst might say it is an indicator for several different mental disorders.
A marrage councelor might suggest it to liven up a stale marrage.
A Police Investigator might put you on a suspect list for a sexual crime, If a collection of porn is discovered in your home.
It can break up some relationships.
It can strengthen some relationships.
Some say it's exploitative.
Some say it exploits only those who chose to be exploited.
Here are as many answers as I can think of. PORN is a personal choice and it is up to you how you see it. It is up to you what you consider to be porn, and it is up to you what to do with it in the privacy of your home. If it's a sin well then it's just one in several thousand committed daily by just about everyone on earth. (every curse, every dirty look, every glance at a person's "attributes" is a sin, so if porn is going to send us to hell, so will any of those so we're prety much screwed anyhow)
I hope this helps.

It depends on what your beliefs are. If you think porn is bad then its bad...if not then its not. It also depends on what your into as long as it is not illegal (examples: Child porn, Animal porn..ect.)
as long as it is done in moderation and not an every day thing and your old enough to view it (18 in most states 21 in others) watching porn could even give you pointers on how to have better sex.

In and of itself, no.
However, the potential for abuses of the "actors/actresses" in porn videos is high, whether it be from drug use, alcoholism, or exploitation. For people who get addicted to watching it, or commit crimes from having watched it, then yes, it is bad. If the video has consenting adults that weren't coerced into being in the film, and the people watching it are consenting adults looking to spice up their sex life, I don't think porn is bad. Anything in excess is bad though, including porn.

Absolutely. It is evil filth that will poison your mind. Stay away from it like you would the plague. It will give you mentally unhealthy expectations of women and sex, and gives no outlet to the emotions it ilicits. Ted Bundy and other serial rapists were all avid porn consumers. Also, by buying it or participating in it, you are upholding an industry that traps and degrades women.

This is one of those subjective questions. To me, yes, porn is bad. I just choose not to look at it and i get through the day fine.

I do not respect the pornography industry; I would never partake in it. However, I believe that they have a right to exist and people can do what they will. I just refuse to date a porn addict.
