Truffles are a fungus kind of like mushrooms that grow just below the surface, they used trained pigs to sniff them out. I've never had any but I'm told they are quite tasty. The word "truffle" also describes a French dessert made with chocolate mousse.
Scallops are mollusks, kind of like oysters but not as nasty, they swim in the ocean.
I have no clue what the third thing you're talking about is...can you give me more to go on?

Scallops are a type of seafood, they're quite yummy, often fried up in butter with cheese or something and onion. Tuffles? Do you mean truffles? Well, those are little dessert chocolatey type things, I don't know how to explain it.
