The world would be a better place if we lived without religion. People don't do better because of it they stress more because of it. People don't live better because of the ten commandments. The Bible needs to be looked at what it is an old book some people put their stories in.

No, because it is impossible to do so. Aside from Jesus Christ, no one has or ever will be able to fulfill the requirement of the law (the commandments). Jesus said that if you do any of these things in your heart, you are guilty.
Besides, the commandments were given because of the hardness of mans heart. The children of Israel wanted clearly defined rules to live by, so they would know exactly what and what not to do. The problem was that they hadn't considered their hearts. Jesus also said that we shouldn't judge another mans heart, we can't even know our own. Only God knows and has the ability to judge mans heart. The commandments are important for one reason only, to show us how dirty we are. If you fell into a mud puddle, how would you know how dirty you are? You'd look in a mirror to get the total picture, right?. Do you then take the mirror off the wall and start rubbing it all over yourself in order to get clean?, no, that would be dumb.
You need to wash to get clean. Likewise with our hearts. Jesus Christ, the God-Man (perfect God and perfect man), born of a virgin, sinless in His nature, willingly gave Himself as the one time, for all generations, atoning sacrifice for all who would believe on Him. The blood He shed is the only thing that can renew a mans heart. Love is important but its more important to know that we love because God first loved us, John 3:16. The world will never be a better place, its only going to get worse. If you choose to blow this off as religious reteric, thats ok. I'm not commanded to make you believe but just to tell you that there is a way out and that way is Jesus Christ. Jesus said enter the narrow gate, for broad is the path that leads to destruction. Jesus is the path you want to be on. Do yourself a favor and check all this out. Even smart businessmen check all the options before making a final decision, afterall, we are talking about your life.

No, that would be a totalitarian world. People have tried this, and it hasn't worked. And the 10 Commandments are far from being "universal wrongs/rights". Have you even read them? The first 4 are complete BS.

Of course, just imagine if we do not have the 10 commandments, more killings, robberies, etc. Anywhere in the world will be a chaotic place to live (or die)
