Call your insurance agent or company. They can send it by mail, or even email in most cases. Also most insurance companies have websites that will let you print out your policy through your account access page.

well I lost mine and just went down to the local office and ask for proof of insurance... they printed me up a copy and I just waited for my new cards in the mail..
