Nitric Oxide had helped me. Something like NOS or NO2 One version is at GNC and one is at Wal-mart. The Walmart version is considerably cheaper and you get about the same results. Also are you getting enough iron in your diet? You may want to supplement you iron. Avoid caffeine. It is a quick fix and when you come down, you have less energy than when you started. So NO caffeine! Eat lots of fruits and vegetable. I have been eating lots of fruit lately and it seems I have more energy. Avoid sugar, that drains your energy. Lastly, drink lots and lots and lots of water. If you are not drinking a gallon a day you are not getting enough. I take a half gallon jug to work and a half gallon jug to the gym and finish them both! Your body is like 70% water and if you are dehydrated your energy will suffer.

Well, don't eat processed food. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and drink lots of water. The best protein source is eggs. So, if you're actually having trouble gaining mass or more than one pound a week or so (which is like the maximum rate so you should be comfortable with 1 lb every few weeks) have an extra egg.

There are tons of supplements out there, so be carefull what you buy -- but a good well balanced diet is what works best. One thing that I do is lower my weight, but increase my reps so that I don't fatigue so quickly. For example... I can do 20 reps at 50 lbs (Bicep curls) vs. 8 reps at 60 lbs. Good luck!
