I started college and dropped out twice. I worked at McDonalds for over two year but now 2 years later I am a successful assistant in a Real Estate office and I own my own 4 bedroom home. I do not think college would have given me the experiance I needed to grow as fast as I did. I know alot of people who graduated from College and cannot find a job due to lack of experience.

Sometimes you just don't know what career choices to make, even when you are in college. Sounds like what you need to do is to find out what it is you have a passion for. If it means taking minimum wage jobs in the time being, then so be it. There is no age expiration on going back to school, so do some soul searching on what you want to do, and if it means getting a degree in college, then all power to ya.

why wouldnt u go to college? if its just because of money, try not to end up working at a fastfood restaurant, at least you'll feel a little better about telling people where you work. Or u could do something in the military. my brothers fixing to go into the navy, but I think it'll be months before he has to do anything, it was kinda weird to imagine at first but I guess its up to him. I'm college bound and theres not much that can stop me. Anyways, I guess that wasn't much help. -K

Started college, quit going, worked min wage jobs, had 2 kids, went back to school, got better job................Go to some kind of school. Even if you don't want to go to college, you can go to a trade school and learn something to keep you out of a minimum wage job. Unless you don't mind living paycheck to paycheck and writing checks when you know you have no money and trying to beat them to the bank.

I know if I don't go to university, not just to college my parents will disown me.
Then i would feel like I don't live up to my potential and feel bad about myself.
Not to mention all the high scholars in my family.
Every one has a degree.
so Just Go to school.
I'll do it for obligation.
