The story of Tobit's sight being restored;
Daniel rescuing Susanna;
the story of Judith.

They're all found in what's called the Apocrypha, which are additional books in the Bible. They can be found in Roman Catholic and Orthodox versions of the Bible.

The one where jesus swallows the puzzle piece and the man in the yellow hat has to take him to the hospital was left out.
