i need ticket's to DR?

i need ticket's to DR and i am 13. how can i get them i try to get them but they said that i can go. is there a way do go. and i want to go by my self.

Airlines will not allow you to travel alone if under age 15 without parent or guardian consent. You can travel alone as an "unaccompanied minor" if your parents make the arrangements with the airline.
