I'm a thin girl, I just want my stomach to be more toned, but not like crazy, muscular. If you know who Nicole from the Pussycat Dollz is (the lead singer) I want my stomach to be more like hers. So, how can I get it to be like that, and how long would that take?

If you are in good shape to begin with you can have killer but femine abs in a matter of weeks. I worked on my abs for a hour a day three days a week and ended up with a stomach to die for. It is juat a matter of working for it. Crunches...... Normal, reversed, side ones. You need them all. It is easier if you have a partner. You can stand back to back about six inches away from each other and pass a ball back and forth in a circular motion then try the other way. Another great ab exercise is sit ups with a medicine ball between your knees or my personal favorite. Have a friend trow a medicine ball at your chest as you are sitting upright during your crunch, lower your back down and on the way up toss the ball back. They are hard to do at first but worth it. Once your abs are as defined as you want. You can cut down to a half hour work out and they will stay in good shape.
You can find a bunch of ab exercises on line just remember that you need to work your upper, lower and side abs. Just one type of exercise isn't going to cut it.

It takes me about 10 minutes to drive to the market and get a 6 pack.... but getting through the lines at the cashier takes longer than that... There is this cashier there that keeps looking at her stomach and says' I wish I had a 6 pack like that'... hey wait a minute... is that you?

lots of crunches, lots of stretches. you have to work your side muscles not just your abs.
