If she does not want to do either of those things you should just let it go and try to find other ways for the two of you to enjoy personal time together. If it is one thing I hate it is pushy men who keep trying to talk me into doing things that I have no interest in doing.
Let me ask you a question - would you want to do that? Do you want to swallow it or have it sprayed all over your face? It doesn't matter if you're not gay - you're girlfriend isn't gay either and just because she's a girl and you're a guy doesn't make this question any less valid.
If you're not willing to do it or have it done to you - you shouldn't ask or expect her to do it for you. And if you really need these things so badly I hear there are way for you to find someone who will do them for money.

In regards to the term - "returning the favor" - I will say this: unless she ASKS you specificially for oral favors you have volunteered your services thus your right in asking for a favor in return is null and void. If she's asking, though, - you have a right to ask back.
If you really want the things as you have stated above and asking her isn't getting you what you want - just stop doing your part in pleasuring her orally. If she really wants you to go down town she might be willing to do the things you want her to do, but this could backfire on you and she may not miss the things you do down there enough to do the things you want her to do. I'm not saying that this is right - it's an option you can choose, though, I don't think it will be very good to your relationship if you choose this option.
