The best thing is to keep your self occupied and take it one day at a time. Even if you meet someone else is going to help you, but it won't completely take him from your mind or heart. After work or school go out with friends and take a walk, exercise, movies, hiking or read a book. Don't sit at home thinking about him. The world is yours. You chose what you do in your everyday life, take control.

you are going to have to cut off all ties with him because it is going to take some time. You are going to have to keep yourself occupied so your not thinking about him. KEEP YOURSELF BUSY!!!! Sometimes you are going to want to see him and call him...Don't because it will hurt more. Join some kind of club or something. Set up girls night and just hang with your friends. You'll be fine.

Step one: do not associate with him... when you see him, it just brings back the feelings. Step two, get out with your friends and have fun. Step 3: time will pass, eventually you will have let him go and not have realized it.
