Your question is incoherent. But if you're referring to our Secretary of State, Condoleeza Rice, then bite your tongue. That woman has more credentials than you have zits on your face. Aside from being a doctor, she is also a concert pianist and an Olympic qualified swimmer. Top that, putz.

She is an angry looking woman sometimes. My friend has pictures where she looks like a bulldog about to bite off the face of anyone who strays too near.
Apparently she plays piano really well, that is supposed to sooth your nerves, but still she looks like she has got some anger to work through.
Bush looks like a nice guy in comparison.
