Rocky Roadhouse Cake
8 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 3/4 cups sour cream
1 package butterscotch pudding mix, instant, 8 oz
1 package chocolate cake mix, devil's food
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
8 ounces (1 cup) chocolate chips
8 ounces (1 cup) butterscotch chips

Break eggs into a large bowl and mix in the oil, sour cream, and butterscotch pudding mix. Add cake mix. Stir, but do not overmix. Stir just long enough for the mix to be absorbed but not completely smooth. This will be a heavy mix. Add the rest of the ingredients. Spoon into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350^ for about 3/4 hour.

You could melt them with an equal amount of butter and make a really simple fondue - dip bread, fruit or cookies in it...

...you could also make a trifle with them - get some brownies and some Cool Whip and Chocolate pudding; put a layer of crumbled brownies in the bottom of a deep serving bowl, then put pudding, then cool whip, and sprinkle chips on top of that; layer that way till you use up the ingredients, but make sure you have the cool whip and chips on top.
