Get some caffeine in your body. Eat a Hershey bar, and drink a Mt. Dew or a Pepsi. Take 2 extra strenght acetaminophen tablets and lay down for about an hour in a dark, cool room if you are able. If your headache is still there in 2 hours, call your doctor, if you have a migraine history, he will prescribe something better.
