Get some caffeine in your body. Eat a Hershey bar, and drink a Mt. Dew or a Pepsi. Take 2 extra strenght acetaminophen tablets and lay down for about an hour in a dark, cool room if you are able. If your headache is still there in 2 hours, call your doctor, if you have a migraine history, he will prescribe something better.

first of all learn how to talk then what i would do is go and lay down on your bed and take some ibeprofen and go to sleep
