It means Enlightenment comes Topdown, just like your list says. But the Bottomup world we live in follows that list upside down, which creates mass chaos and death. The 'Kingdom of God' is Topdown ~ The Kingdom of 'Darkness' (which is this present world) is Bottomup.

When meeting other people, or even with well known friends, it's prudent to look upon the divine spiritual aspect of another first then to become acquainted with the other parts of their make-up. If everyone learned to see people this way we'd learn to see past the silly personality faults that create such division amongst humanity. The divine seed within each person is identical in nature. The rest of the listed attributes give us our uniqueness and add flavor.

Means seek God and make him first in your life his holy spirit will guide us and help get what we need,material things are just going to to pass just like this wicked system.we don't need all the fancy things to live but we do need God if we want everlasting life.

the hindus have what is called "maya" or illusion. and to see reality you must see past it.
basically, there are two ways to achieve this, one by using yourself as the center of the universe and working your way towards God or vice versa, God first then finding yourself.
you have to give your existence a more meaningful expression.
