Julian's (54th and 9th next to Mangia e Bevi) has a fantastic Sunday brunch.
Blue Ribbon Sushi (Sullivan and Prince? Spring?) is fantastic, and Blue Ribbon (just down the block) is great late-night dining.
Calle Ocho is also really good, I believe it's on Amsterdam in the 80's.
I've never eaten at Nobu, but I've heard good things about it. And I ran into Bobby Valentine outside while I was walking past.

If you like BBQ, go to Virgil's. Every time we go to NYC, we eat there! It's very good and there service is soooo fast! :)
