Any suggestions? I have taken meds, tried ice. nothing is working so far. I hurt so bad...please help.

I get mine for three days right before my period... It's a hormonal thing... It doesn't matter what I take or do, it won't go away until the three days are up, and then - poof - it's gone for another month.

I read that it is common for women to get these hormonal migraines... I have to look on the bright side, I also read that some women get them for as much as 16 days in a month!

Wish I had the answer for both of us... but I'm stumped on that one.

You need to get more oxygen to your brain to alleviate pressure. Go do some exercising so that when you take in more air, you'll not only get a good work out but the blood flow will decrease your migraines faster.
