It depends on what kind of "issues" you have. You may need outside help to avoid hurting yourself and others. Dont take chances. Find someone...a counselor, pastor, etc...who can help you deal with your issues and can advise you on steps you need to take.

just stay focused!!!! whatever issues you may have, write them down and daily check off one positive thing you did to elimanate that issue. don't be too hard on yourself or others. good luck.

Do yoga. Do meditation. Look inside yourself. Do aikido.
