It would help to have more details .... however ... here are a few ideas.
Take a walk (providing it's safe to do so).
Talk to a trusted adult if there are problems at home that you need help coping with or addressing, a school counselor would be a good start.
If you can sit down and talk to your parents about things, that would be great, providing they will honestly listen to you, and that your opinions matter enough to them that they would make changes if it would help things.
When I was a teen, home was not always a safe place, so I had friends homes I could go to overnight as needed.
I hope this is helpful. If you need more specific help, give more specific details.

Don't say a word to anybody wait for several hours, around dinner time and sit calmly and quietly and talk about it. Dinner time is no time for anger. When you state what is bothering you shut-up and listen to others, if you think you didn't get the answer you wanted drop the subject for now and think what other people said and then open the discussion again at the dinner table the following night. Put more of your views on the table. Never get angry problems will work themselves out.

I'm confused. So you're asking a question for your mother? Your mother is upset over what's happening at home, or you are? If it's your mother's problem tell her to ask herself. She's the adult in charge who needs to take the responsibilty.

it depends on what is happening.
the answer could be anything from going to sit quietly in your room to keeping a journal of your feelings that you can talk about with your mother when you are calmer. to going to talk to an outside councilor.
