Walk a lot and swim when you can. Swimming is the best exercise for keeping in shape!! Also, see a good nutritionist and have him/her tailor make a meal plan for you. That way you will be exercising AND eating well.

eat special k(cereal)- it is good and makes u look skinnier in 2 weeks but dont stop until u are satisfied withu waste. run 2 miles everyday. clean ur house every 3 days, it is a lot of work and is great excersise. get a job to keep u off the computer or tv. clean out ur fridge. keep ever thing under 150cals and 200 sodium and drink 2% milk. even running up and down stairs help a lil. play alot. swim, do to the park, help an lod lady, go to work with ur mom or dad

1. When you get thirsty, stick to non-sugary drinks like water and natural fruit juices.
2. Try not to eat too late in the evening.
3. If you know you're going to have a big dinner or lunch, try to cut down on other foods during the day- it's all about balance.
4. Cut down on overly salty foods- it will cause bloating and make you look like you've gained weight.
