I think that no one should ever wish hard to anyone. Even if that means your enemies. Remember that that could happen to anyone of us. You don't have to all of the sudden like her, but don't rejoice in her pain. :)

No matter your feelings about her she is still hurting in this situation. Don't join the crowd and make fun of her... she can't help having a tumor. Honestly, I think you'll come through and show her how to treat people well and may even find that you like each other even a tiny bit more than you thought. Best wishes

Those people who laughed...well in my opinion that is just evil and not a very mature thing to do. This is a person's life you know. The appropriate thing to do is say nothing if you can't say something nice,or why not try being nice to her? It's at times like this that you realise that everyone is human, and most peoiple have a nice side to them if you look hard enough. Hope this helps a little.

I work doing breast cancer research and have seen the results. My best advice is to think of her as you would a sister who ran out on you. While you want little to do with her, do you really want to belittle yourself by poking fun. Remember that breast cancer is the second leading cause of deaths in women with cancer. How would you feel if you found out someone was laughing at your mother, the sister you loved. or you?

Only you have the answer on how you feel. Try asking yourself some questions about how you would feel if you were in her shoes. Also it is not something to laugh at, breast cancer can strike any woman anywhere. Your friends who were laughing wouldn't be laughing if it happened to them or someone they liked.

As someone going through breast cancer at 31 years old with two small kids....shame on you! Laughing? You should know that sometimes what goes around, comes around. So be careful, be compassionate, and get some new friends. Yikes.

This isn't a question that anyone is going to be able to answer for you. You feel the way you feel, and that's the way it's going to be.
If you don't like her, then nothing is going to make you. On the other hand, if your reason for not liking her is a little petty.. like she took something from you.. then that can be gotten over.. people steal all the time... you're going to have to think about it.

Hate is a very bad feeling to have. Your heart just told you that. To Dislike or to not approve of someones actions or character is your right. I know people that I shake my head at and chuckle, because they just don't see that they come across as lacking moral and social qualities, it makes me feel better than hating them. From now on just don't even waste your time hating or judging people that don't make you happy, concentrate on the ones that do. As far as her tumor, just hope it gets taken care of and she gets better.....Karma is real.

Well, ALOT of people in my family that I was very close to have died from cancer. You should not laugh at anybody who has cancer, no matter how bad you dislike them. That's just something you don't laugh about.

You should feel bad, I think at least. Come on, one of the most deadly diseases has struck her, do you really think she deserves to be mocked? There is a chance of her dying, I really don't think that is funny.
