Does anyone out there know the recipe to Levy Restaurant's dessert called "LANDSLIDE"?

I've had this dessert may times when im at an Anaheim Angels game in the the Club Level Restaurant.........I'm curious does anyONE know how it's made and what's in it?

you can get it from this guy named john who owns the place, why don't you just go to the managers office and ask him for it, he'll just give it to you, that's what he did for me!!!
