It depends on His plans for me. Sometimes I think that a few minutes in prayer and Bible study is enough. There are days when I am on assignment and I am allowed to take a recess break. For example, I chose to study Psalm 23; and my assignment was to drink deeply from it. I was writing poetry and prose all day and cross referencing Scripture. After a week I had completed a book with twelve chapters. This morning I read from Psalm 103 and I got a reminder. The outline is ready. The text for the day I was born is Psalm 81:10. One morning I chose Psalm 81 without realizing it.When I got to verse 10, it was as if I had triggered an alarm. For the past two days I was springcleaning, purging with the help of my older sister. We were talking about the goodness of God and found so much material that supported the fact that God was speaking to us.We were together yet we were 'alone' because God spoke to our individual needs. That night,I had so much to say and needed to listen again, it was hard to want to go to sleep! Just now I finished drinking two cups(11.5oz) of coconut water. While I was in the kitchen I thought about how a young man not only cut the limbs over the electric wires but got the coconuts. He did it as a favour- grace- the blessings of God.Then I thought about the benefits and the jelly within the coconut..God knows how to get my attention anytime and anywhere!

Every night for about 20 minutes. Sometimes throughout the day I just pray when I feel God.

Usually only 3 minutes each night. He comes way early, and I usually have to find some alter boy to finish the job.

About an hour a day, every day talking (and more importantly, listening!) to divinity. That is the time that I set aside. Other than that, all day throughout the day.

I only pray when I need something! I am really bad! I would like to change that and pray for the sake of praying instead for just my selfish needs!
Thanks for asking this question!

Marta woman! Hast thou no trust for me! He's my father, not my ex-girlfriend! Thou must trust in thy Lord and not lead yourself to the temptation of insecurity.
