From the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

You can apply for Naturalization

the first thing is that you need to be a legal US permanent resident (green card holder)... then after 5 years of being here with the 'green card', you may apply for citizenship.... it is a long an tedious process. Getting a green card may be the hardest part if you do not already have one. Consult the US citizens and immigration services, or hire a immigration lawyer..... but as someone else said.... it maybe easier to jump the border through mexico and get amnesty (don't advise this though), it will be probably easier, cheaper, and shorter (LOL, please don't do that though!!!)

Go to the immigration web page.

You need residency for a period of time or derivative citizenship through your parents, and need to speak English and take a test on American history. You need a background check.

However, the requirements are on the web page.

Go to Mexico, cross the border illegally, get amnesty, and have all the pro illegals support you. This is the easiest way to get citizenship.

Dude! You need to do much better research than this. You need legal documentation. Find a lawyer!
