Your weight & height sounds good to me.
Keep up the exercise & watch your diet. Stay away form junk/fast food.
Two things to remember:
1. Muscle weighs more than fat.
2. It's healthier to be on the thin side than to be on the fat side.
Google is a great search engine to find information on diet & exercise.
Good luck!

Hi. You might have an underlying medical condition that is preventing you from gaining weight (such as an overactive thyroid gland), which could be determined by a visit with a family doctor, who may want to order some tests. On the other hand, chances are good that you just have trouble gaining weight, and don't have any "medical diagnosis" that explains why. I would continue with the exercise regimen that you have, as it is a good way to maintain heart health. In addition, consider adding something like an Ensure shake (name brand) twice a day, or a healthy bar such as Clif Bar to your diet (not to replace anything, but in ADDITION to what you are currently eating). These extra calories will be put into the right place on your body as long as you stay acitve. I hope this helps.

I think the source of you not gaining weight is you are burning all of your energy with your walks. 2 Hours of walking will probably take off about 500 - 600 calories. In addition, your biking is burning another 100 or so. Outstanding work, but if you are trying to add weight, you'll probably to cut back on these activities.
If you want to gain weight, use a tool such as http://www.fitday.com to track your calories and activities. Be sure that you are consuming more food than you are expending.
Also, educate yourself. Get a subscription to Fitness, Shape, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Women's Health or similar magazine. They have lots of tips on exercises, healthy meal plans, etc.
Good luck.

Can you afford a gym membership? Weight training will help you gain weight and keep you fit at the same time. Also try eating some boost shakes between meals, they might help you put some weight on.

maybe you should title this something different like "How can I gain weight the healthy way and stll be fit?" instead of making it seem like you are desperate for someone to look at something weird.
as far as gaining weight, I am not sure but just though I'd give you an idea of what to title this if no one responds or you dont get the answer you were looking for.

AS for eating try this: drink only water and
eat things that come directly from plants for example:
lettuce, broccoli, carrots, oranges, apples, plums, peppers, potatoes, asparagus, strawberries, grapefruits, rice, barley, corn
don't eat anything that doesn't come directly from a plant like:
crackers, hamburgers, hot pockets, coke, ice cream, milk, meat, bread, juice, macaroni & cheese, etc etc.
