Hahaha. This is interesting. If you're looking for the scientific answer...indeed it has much to do with chemicals in your brain. If you are looking for something much more abstract, indeed, the attraction between two people who love each other is a magnificent and truly beautiful thing.

I agree with "pieninja." Love is totally a special thing, but only if it really is love. If it's lust, that's much more of a chemical thing.

its a natural thing of the body, like eating food or being happy, the problem is it often times not real special because that person breaks up with you after the chemistry get boring, thats why i dont give into the chemistry when i meet someone.

Its something that only happens to someone you have an attraction with and you feel like you can be yourself with. So it is special.

I like this phrase invented by doctors...."chemical imbalance". It basically means "I don't know".
