Mostly it depends on the drug and type of test they will be doing. Most simple panel tests can be fooled for THC but not other drugs, and even then only after being clean for several weeks.
You can provoke a false positive on panel tests, meaning you can make the result come up positive when you're clean but most people wouldn't want to do that unless you know you're going to get caught so you want to document an excuse.
You cannot fool a Gas Chromograph/Mass Spectometry test, you can not fool a blood test.
There are no drugs that will flush out the system or give you a clean sample. Many tests now look for masking agents (such as Goldenseal Root) so its a crap shoot and a poor one if you think about beating it that way.
You can try a green tea, water deluge to flush out the urinary tract for the 2 days leading up to the test but you sample will be light colored and become suspect. Some employers will make you retest, if this is for a pre-employment test you probably won't get the job. There is also the chance that even if you drink all the water you can possible process that you will still come up positive.

There is no way of cheating, the only way is if you are being tested for a drug that you have not used, i.e if you are being tested for coke but have taken e it may not show up, but most class A and B drugs will be detected this will also include steroids. the only way to cheat is not to do drugs

With the way that the tests are set up nowadays you will find it impossible to cheat, they check ID, check the temp of the sample as soon as you have produced it, and if its below a certain temp, they know it's not your sample, and you are classed as an automatic fail, If you drink a lot, and try to produce a very dilute sample they test for that as well, and it's an aoutomatic fail. You ahve to sign the sample on a special label that cannot be tampered with without the seal being broken, so you can't claim its been adulterated, or that it isn't your sample. The things you can add, are either tested for, or the new tests aren't affected.

GNC has some stuff for that but I am not sure of the name. Just ask someone who works there because they keep it behind the counter.
