my boyfriend has a really bad home life, and i'm the only person who truly cares about him. i try to help him when he's down and i'm there for him. so why is that he treats me like crap? we get into fights, he tells me he hates me that i don't love him and i'm never there for him, i know this isn't true sowhat's keeping him from seeing the truth?

well i think that since he`s having bad home life he becomes more stressful and that`s the right moment when you have to be at his side whatever he does.You should try to explain him what really annoys you and make him see the truth.If that doesnt work then do exactly the opposite from what you`ve been doing and he`ll realize how it is when someone really doesnt care for you but dont damp him because as i said he might having really hard time...try all these and see if it works...good luck!

He needs coounseling because of his home life issues, until then he won't be ready or able to participate in a serious relationship. As for being treated like crap-don't allow it and end the relationship if it continues after telling him it is unacceptable.

He has such a bad home life that he feels like no one cares when people do care.Just keep on telling him you love him and give him alot of attention like hold him and let him know everything will be alright.Hug and kiss him more often.

abused people tend to be abusive because that is all they know. be kind to him but be careful. my mom just got out of a really abusive marriage, just don't want you to hurt yourself. i wish i could answer your question better, i hope someone who understands that kind of stuff will answer this better.
