Well, Take the hair that would be your bangs if you don't have short bangs. Then take a rat comb, and rat the back of your hair, doing little sections of your hair at a time. Then hair spray it and then pin it to the middle f the top of your head. Then your done!

those things are so cute! pull back about an inch wide of hair ( your bangs work best or if you dont have bangs then the hair at the front of your head ) well pull it back flat and stick a booby pin in it . then kind of pull the hair up to stick it up. hairspray then you're done!

You need to comb it back and then spray hairspray on it. Then proceed to back comb the hair evenly all the way to the back. Spray again. Gently comb over the top layer to smooth and spray again. Use bobby pins to hold in place, and spray again!

I remember that thing from the early nineties. The big circular/oval shaped thing you did with your bangs. Is that what you're talking about?
