What does it mean when a MAN says HE'LL CALL YOU TOMORROW?

Well, sometimes it means he will call you tomorrow. But for those guys that are not really interested in you it means take care, I will call you if I feel like it but it won't be tomorrow.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee he means what he says, but a decent man will say that AND make good on it. So, don't sit by the phone...go about your business, and if he calls tomorrow, great! And if he doesn't, I'd forget about him. He may call in a few more days from that, but unless he had a death in the family, to me it's lame when a guy tells you he's going to do something and doesn't make good on it. Red flag, red flag. Men do not mean that they will ACTUALLY call you tomorrow, unfortunately. They say that the way we say, "See ya later." Men's brains are not literal as ours are. At the time they say it, they do mean it. But once they are onto something else, their brains literally are not designed to recall what they said as a promise. They just don't remember it. Women's brains are like a house--and we can be in the kitchen, looking out at the back yard, watching TV, and thinking about cleaning the bathroom all at the same time. Men's brains can only think about one room at a time. And when they leave one room, it ceases to exist meaningfully for them. Men are wonderful, but not global the way we are.
