or after anything else?? I wonder if I should be worried about this...it happens about 6 out of 10 times.

Yes, I do. I have for decades. And so, I am told, do many other people. You will see them the most after a fit of particularly forceful coughing.

It's caused by blood rushing through the tiny capillaries in the back of the eye. If you look carefully, you will see the little bright "tadpoles" follow distinct lines, as though "chasing through tubes."

I wouldn't worry about it. Hope this is helpful.

i always do after looking into bright lights or sneezing wouldnt worry never caused me a problem

Happens when I cough or sometimes in the shower. Has to do with the capillaries all right.

I get them too, and i am nto worried. I just assume it is small microbes on my pupil that i am focusing on!
