I exercise every day but my hips and thighs aren't getting any smaller. Does anyone know what i can be doing to make them thinner/leaner?

When you lose weight, you lose it evenly from your entire body (there's no such thing as spot reduction ... except liposuction). Doing things like lunges and squats, etc. will strengthen your lower body, but not make it smaller.

If you are overweight, you can lower your calorie intake, do cardio and a well rounded strength training program. If you lose weight, you will get smaller everywhere and chances are, your lower body will look better.

If you are at a healthy weight, I would recommend doing some upper body strength training so that you create a more balanced look. Do this in addition to your cardio and light weight lower body strength training.

Good Luck!

I'll say if your hip and thigh bone are grown bigger than usual, then there's nothing you can do about it. some people grew up with smaller size, medium size and bigger size. the only thing you can do is to loose weights as possible.
