Works really well. If you buy it straight, take the 81 MG aspirin and a 200 MG caffeine pill with it. It is called EFA stack and ephedra really only works in this combo

I know someone who swears by ephedra and says its the only diet pill that works, but she's still overweight so you can take that for what its worth. Ephedra is illegal because it has been found to be very dangerous. The only way you can get ephedra now is illegally on the black market...maybe on ebay or craig's list. Some websites may still carry it, but it won't be long before they are shut down. I live in California so I know a couple people that make trips to Mexico just to buy it there, they stock up on a few bottles and bring them here when they drive home. If you want my advice, stick to excercise and good nutrition. This isn't easy, but it is the best and safest way to lose weight. If you find you need extra energy for working out try an energy drink like red bull or rockstar, or if you don't like the taste of those, you may be able to find an energy pill at GNC.

Ok people, Ephedra is NOT illegal. The FDA lifted the ban on April 14 of this year!

And the claim that "many" people died due to ephedra is false. The number of deaths related to ephedra is very small. There were less than 100 "linked" deaths over ten years, compared to 12-17 million americans taking ephedra over ten years. Compare that to 641 deaths due to Benedryl or 427 deaths due to Tylenol in a SINGLE YEAR in 1999! Also m the majority of those deaths were due to the abuse of the supplement - people taking massive doses even though they had pre-existing health conditions. Abusing ANY drug or supplement in that way will have adverse and bad effects. the key is following the suggested usage guidelines.

My wife started taking a supplement called Herbalean with ephedra AND hoodia, and she liked it so much that she became a distributor. I've been taking it for a few weeks now and feel fantastic. The appetite suppression is so good that I had to set my alarm to remind myself to eat during the first couple weeks.

As with ANY supplement or diet plan, you should consult a physician, don't overdo it, know your limits, and be patient. Weight loss always takes longer than you want it to.

you will likely have to get them online. I warn you though, ephedra is disapproved of for a reason. It makes your blood pressure skyrocket and causes alot of irrepairable damage to your body if taken over time. It is really dangerous stuff. I would suggest using something else or just losing the weight the old fashioned way with dedication and hard work.

ephedra has some pretty bad side effects that can happen over time with using it....specifically death.....worked a patient that had used it for a few yrs then stopped...by then it had done all the heart damage...she came in as a cardiac arrest ....40 yrs old....and no she didnt survive...so if you want to use something that the FDA has taken off the market...for good reason..then go ahead but make sure you can live with heart damage for the rest of your life...

i've been taking these pills........lipodrene......they have ephedra in them..... i buy them at this sports store in the mall.......gnc DOES NOT carry them! but they work really good! they really curb my appetite and get me going in the morning, depending on your weight you can take up to 3 or 4 pills a day! i'm only taking 2, once after breakfast and after lunch! the first day you'll feel jittery, but it goes away.......i like them, but you have to exercise!

you can get it at gas stations or cigarette stores, it's for asthma. it is a stimulant and it works pretty well. it also does a good job of drying out your sinuses. but watch out, it can kill you.
