What does it mean when your bf says he will call you when he gets back and hes been back for 2 days?

My bf went on a camping trip with his bff and he has been gone for a week he came back on Mon and before he left he said he would call me when he gets back he got back 2 days ago.Why hasn't he called me?

Because he may be immature and not want to tell you he wants to break up.

Or maybe he just isn't that clingy and will call when he wants to hang out with you.
