Why do women look so horrible without makeup?

Maybe horrible isn't the word, i think different is more accurate. Most of them normally wear makeup in public, and this is the appearance you've gotten used to. Guys are almost trained to expect this. A girl won't stop wearing makeup because she feels like she has to fit this image, and also because there's no way in hell any of her friends are going out of the house without putting it on. This is extremely important.

Well it's not that women look horrible without makeup - it's just that you're used to seeing them with it. And without it - they simply look DIFFERENT. Not horrible.. They look like you do all the time.

I don't. I've never worn makeup. Some women need it to accentuate their features or they'd be all one color. Other women just think they need makeup. Others are insecure. But I've never seen a woman look "horrible" without makeup. Look again.

Because women wear too much of it. Foundation and powder makeup clog up the pores and block oxygen/vitamin D flow to the skin. This is bad for the skin itself. But aside from silly medical reasons, women these days wear so much make up that we no longer look like humans. Real humans do not look like women with makeup on. We look terrible because you're used to seeing us with it on, so when we don't have it on, even though we don't look that bad, we look terrible by comparison.

What I mean is... notice the difference between a woman who wears foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, concealer, and mascara and a woman who wears eyeliner and mascara. When they take off their makeup, who will look worse? The woman who looks drastically different from normal or the one who doesn't look a whole lot different?

They don't. But because of ignorant, superficial ppl like you in society they feel that they have to wear it to attract ppl like you who aren't worth their time.

Don't worry, when you grow up some more. Maybe when you hit 25, you'll be able to look at women and see that they are beautiful with or without makeup.

Why don't men wear makeup when some of them so clearly need it? I wonder why no one asks that?

Coming from an immature, unexperienced, selfcentered, unkind,narrowminded, ignorant and shallow man, that question would have some merrit.So if you take away your puffed up ego and take the sock out of your drawers, quit bragging about how many women you get and the big fish that got away and how many horseys your engine has and how many watts your system can push and how many miles you can bike and how much you know about every subject on the planet, Maybe you could rephrase your question.

Some do and some don't. That is why women should never use too much makeup because when they don't wear any, they might look scary. It is better to look natural than to decieve the opposite sex once they take it off.

They don't - not all of them anyway. You just get used to seeing them with the make up on, so they look a little washed out when you see them without it, but that doesn't mean they look horrible.

I'm not saying I agree with you, but you probably think that because your first impression of a woman is when you see her with makeup, and then one of those times when they don't have makeup it looks so different that you don't like it.
