It's clean. The tank is where the water is stored. When you flush the toilet, the clean water from the tank fills up the bowl.

The water is totally clean its probably wired into the exact same pipe as your sink right beside it. The water in the top of the tank is the water that is used to flush the waste. When you press the lever the tank dumps into the bowl and flushes everything down.

The water itself is clean, but the sides of the tank have been stained yellow. But when I use that blue stuff, everything is blue.

The toilet is diffidently fifthy and disgusting. It ignites a stinky aroma, that leaves you placing your hands cross your face and SCREAMING mercy, mercy:( But seriously the water on top is clean.
