Be careful, it may just be a case of wanting what you can't have and not really anything else. Most times, they never work out due to the bagage as a result of the shady beginning. Goodluck

before i say anything i would to clarify that i'm not advising you but stating what i would do if i was in your situation. i would have the boyfriend that you like break up with your friend. them staying together when he likes you isn't fair to each one of them. if she truely is your friend then wait. give your friend time to heal. then if you still like each other go for it.

It's a hard thing to do but you need to tell here. I think she would be more hurt if you didn't tell her and she found you too together.
