Not necessarily. A lot depends on your diet. Eat right and you'll keep your weight where you want it, but the usual teenage regimen of fast food, junk food, and soft drinks will put the pounds right back on. So, you have two choices: (1) Keep exercising, or (2) Watch your diet. Actually, your third choice is to do both, and your fourth choice is to do neither and put the weight back on.

Probably. Technically, you wouldn't gain a LOT back if you kept eating right, but you would definitely look less fit. Keep up the running. If you're maintaining weight, you only have to do 20 minutes or so of cardio a few days a week. You'll be more healthy for it.

In order to maintain the weight you want you have to continue to eat healthy and excercise. If you become less active your caloric intake should drop as well.

Propbrobly not.If you do it right.And are hyper.But your still worried even though you lost the weight.
