Lack of calcium is what causes osteoporosis. You can either take a vitamin and mineral supplement that contains calcium or look for foods/beverages that are enriched with calcium - some orange juice, soy milks, etc. Many of them contain 100% of the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance.)
Also, weight-bearing exercise will help prevent osteoporosis.

I don't drink milk either, unless it's mixed with chocolate or in cereal, but I don't like drinking it alone. I hear orange juice is a good source of calcium as well as vitamin C.

Take calcium pills (they make these for lactose intolerant people), eat other dairy products, and drink things like O.J. with calcium added on a regular basis.

Eat other dairy products such as cheese and yogurt, or take a calcium supplement. I'm lactose intolerant, so I simply take a calcium pill every day.

Some people can't actually drink milk as it will make them very ill.
Try soya or rice milk it does taste very different to normal cow milk and tends to be calcium enriched.

Take Calcium pills, they sell them anywhere like Longs or a drug store, or even places like Wal mart have them. Don't worry, I don't drink much milk either.

If you don't like it don't worry. Try cheeses, yoghurts and bananas. Also calcium tablets. Have you tried mixing milk with flavoured milkshake sachets?.
