Eat healthy foods from all the food groups and get regular exercise to lose weight at a healthy rate and it will be easier to keep off.

Eat healthy.. I was your weight at your age.. Im 23 now and only 115 lbs.. I decided to dedicate myself and Love myself a lot more than food.. SOOO.. WOrk out,, eat less.. ANd ENJOY LIFE!!
