Tell him one of several things:
1) You have a boyfriend
2) Say you don't give your number out, but ask for his. Then don't call him.
3) Tell him you aren't interested, and would rather just be friends.

Well, I would give him the wrong phone number. He'll get the point when he realizes it. I definitely know the worst thing to do and thats to tell him that you're a lesbian, because then he'll become even more interested in you.

I usually just say I have a boyfriend and they'll usually just leave you alone then, if they keep bugging you then i know i know how frustrating but you so do not want to give this guy your number maybe tell him no but i'll take your and then just toss the number you dont have to actually call.
